I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The hospitality was truly top-notch, with friendly staff like Babu Borkar who was always ready to help with transport arrangements. The dining options were extensive, particularly during breakfast. However, the quality of service has noticeably declined, with staff seeming less engaged compared to my previous visits. My room experience was not ideal due to noise from a nearby discotheque, which detracted from my comfort at night.
